Privacy Policy

​By using the services of Trifecta (hereinafter - Cehdsc), the user expresses his consent to the Privacy Policy. The Service reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at its discretion. The user is responsible for familiarizing himself with the updated version of the Privacy Policy, according to which the rules for using the Service are regulated.

The main points of the Privacy Policy:

1. The service collects some information about the user of a personal nature, but the user decides how much to provide it.

2. The Service undertakes not to sell or provide the user's personal data to third parties under any circumstances, except when this may be expressly required by law (for example, at the request of a court).

3. The Service may use the user's personal information to contact the user with commercial offers, news, and other information of interest to the user.

Collection of personal information

When using some services of the Service, for example, ordering goods, the Service invites the user to provide certain personal information by filling out the Form. The decision to use such services or refuse them is made by the user. In case the user wants to use these services, the Service may ask him to provide personal data, such as first and last name, e-mail address, phone number and other information that identifies the user. Depending on the type of services, certain information of a personal nature must be provided, while other information is provided on request. If the user does not provide the information necessary to provide a certain service, such service cannot be provided to him.

When providing information in the Service, the user agrees that this information can be sent outside the state borders of Ukraine, and is also stored and processed by the Service.

Use of personal information

The Service collects personal information about the user in order to support the user in obtaining certain information or services. When the user enters his data, they become visible only to him and the Service administrator.


In order to maintain confidentiality, the user is not obliged to provide us with information that may cause any inconvenience. However, using the resources of the Service is impossible without providing some personal information, which is mandatory.


Use of cookies

In order to improve the operation of the site, the online store uses cookies to record (record) the user's visits. A cookie is a small file that is sent to the user's browser by a web server and can only be recognized by the server that sent it. Such files cannot be used as executable programs or for the application of viruses. When you visit the online store, information from standard server logs is automatically available to the Service administration. This includes the IP address of your computer (or proxy server if it is used to access the Internet), the name of the Internet provider, the domain name, the type of browser and operating system, information about the site from which you made the transition to the online store, the pages of the online store that you visit, the date and time of these visits, the files that you download. This information is analyzed by us in an aggregated (depersonalized) form for the analysis of visits to the online store, and is used in the development of proposals for its improvement and development. The connection between your IP address and your personal information is never disclosed to third parties, except when required by law.

Technical information about visits to the Internet store (depersonalized) is also collected by statistics counters installed on the site. This type of data allows the user to be personally identified, i.e. his anonymity will be preserved if he himself does not provide the online store with information about himself.

If the user has the opinion that the Service has not fulfilled its obligations to comply with this Privacy Policy, he can send a letter with a complaint to

The letter must describe in as much detail as possible how the Service, in the user's opinion, violated the Privacy Policy. All complaints will be dealt with appropriately.

If the user does not agree with the Privacy Policy of the online store, then he is not recommended to use the services of the Service.
